Harley Dogson
That's me at my new home |
Woof Woof, My name is Harley Dogson and I was born on the 21st of December 2015 in Blackpool. My mum is a Bichon Friese ( a posh poodle ) and my dad's a King Charles spaniel ( a super stud who got paid for the pleasure of meeting up with my mum ). I have 5 sisters and I'm the only boy. My early days were great but I was glad to be leaving home as them girls could be a torment.
On Tuesday 23/02/16 Pam and Pete came to the rescue but it's not been all plain sailing as there have been a number of teething problems:-
I thought I was doing really well on the house training front as at my old house I could always see the back door with the news paper showing me where to do my no 1 and 2s. My best recorded time to get there was 2.5 seconds. Fat chance at this house it could take you a week to find the back door. Anyway after a few mishaps they resorted to putting newspaper at 1/2 mile intervals which has done the trick.
My sleeping arrangements have also changed, I'm a early bird and like to be up at 5.00am and as much howling as I can do i can only manage to get these lazy buggers up at 6.00am.
The no 2 department has been a major topic of conversation and talk about the red ring of fire, I'm glad after a lot of medication from the good lady at "Ian McConnell Veterinary Practice" I'm now firing on all four cylinders.
I've been introduced to my new friends, but reserving judgement for the moment. That Ferari Sam gave me one of his boneo's, but whilst my back was turned he had a wee on my nice new dog carrier. Then I've met the two guard dogs at John Southworth Builders all Molly wants to do is show me her rear end whilst Charlie just follows me round growling and was muttering to himself that Pam and Pete should have had him and not me, he was well upset.
Look sams off to pee in my new bed |
Getting the full check out by these two bullies |
I've also got a super human friend called Ben Roters who's also put me on his face book page and has been very kind to me, so in return I gave him a good wash and scrub.
Boy did he need a clean |
My 1st adventure harleydogson
It's been a week since my last injection and had no sooner been let out to explore my garden I was whisked off to see their pad at Rhosneigr. I've been to the beach and visited Penrhos and met a lovey shihtzu called Tom. I'm also getting very good with my bladder control, I can hold it for hours until I get back home to do it on the newspaper but them two don't seem too impressed.

Had another good day at Rhosneigr other than a bit of honking up this morning. Pete had me outside for hours this morning and kept saying wee wee come on Harley have a wee wee but I decided to ignore him and had a munch on one of vickys daffodills, I was just about to eat another when Pete spotted me and managed to nab it before I had chance to swallow. He rushed me into the apartment and while he googled about the daffodill I did my wee wee on page 3 and then as he shouted to Pam that the daffodill could make me sick I euwed up on the carpet. Anyway after the mop and bucket job we went to Newborough forest for lunch and a spot of digging.
Hey Charlie they do a great nose bag |
Look it's at least 10ft deep |

I've been having a great time back home. I love digging in the rose beds and helping Pete with his building projects, I go to see Jenny my puppy training teacher on a Saturday morning at Greenfield which is good fun. Pete gets given homework at the end of each lesson. I've also been to Rascals in Stalybridge for a shampoo and set which wasn't good fun.
The horse muck in them rose beds is good stuff |
Pete keeps putting me in the green house to see if my legs will grow |
Come on let me have a go with the trowel |
I would sooner be in my bed in the kitchen watching Pam cooking |
There's no escaping from this bath tub |
Pete says I look like doodle out of Magic Roundabout |
I have been out partying at Joanne's and met her cats (well only one of them anyway) the others were playing hide and seek and I couldn't find where they were hiding, I've also had a few trips on Pete's motor bikes when he took them for MOTs. We are now back at Rhosneigr for a long weekend.
Dita is bigger than me |

Don't forget to check my seat belt pal. |
I'm in full flight will all four legs off the ground |
Took these two for a walk this afternoon but got caught out in a storm, and they came back like drowned rats and I was lovely and dry.
All dressed and ready to go and face the storm. |
Pete zip it right up my nose is getting wet. |
It was a drier day at Newborough forest but ended up a wet one back at Rhosneigr when I followed a spaniel into the sea and got the fright of my life! Boy that water is cold
I got a lovely treat after posing for this |
I think I will give Ferrari Sam a run for his money |
Looks like I will be banned from the apartment when we get back |
After a nice lie in this morning it was off to Llandudno to practice walking in crowded places as they were having a Victorian weekend and boy was there some people, I wasn't over impressed and was glad to get back to the beach at Rhosneigr.
Its a lot better day than yesterday which was a complete washout. Spent most of today on the beach and chilling out, I have taken a liking to burying my dinner in the sand then retrieving it a little later when they have got a nice coating of sand.
Sea salted biscuits are yum yum |
My little legs are worn out |
